Overview
The aim was simple: get reliable visuals of the roof, understand what needed attention, and decide whether minor repairs would be enough or if something more involved was required.
The multi-story property sits close to a small commercial site in Northwich and covers a fairly large footprint. From the ground, it was impossible to see much beyond the edges, and organising physical access would have added time and cost before any decisions could be made.
A drone inspection allowed us to survey the entire roof safely and quickly, capturing enough detail for the client to review properly and share with contractors if needed.
